We want our Foil Me Artists to be able to order in a way that best suits their lifestyle. The most direct form of ordering is via our website and our app Foil Me Foils (available via the Apple Store or Google Play), where you're welcome to view all of our collections.

Yes. Foil Me foils suit all professional colour techniques. The Original (12.5cm x 27cm) is ideal for highlights, babylights, root touch-ups, and face-framing. The Wide (15cm x 27cm) handles mid to long hair. The Extra Wide (20cm x 40cm) and The Long Wide (15cm x 35cm) suit balayage, foilayage, and full-head work requiring more coverage.
Foil Me provides multiple options for how you would like to cover your order. If you have ordered via our website, you have the option of credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. These options also apply if you would like to order directly through a Foil Me team member, where we can either send you an ‘order request’ from our website, or process your card details manually.
Please note, if you are not in Australia, we are unable to accept bank transfer as an option, however, we may process your order via credit card and PayPal – thank you for your understanding.
All Foil Me orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide and sent nationally and internationally. Orders that are received before midday (local Adelaide time) are dispatched the same day.
Orders received after midday (ACST) are dispatched the next business day.
We use Border Express and Australia Post for our orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney and 4-5 business days for other capital cities. For our Foil Me Movers living in country areas, please allow 5-6 business days.
Express Post is available for small orders - you will receive this option during the checkout process.
Each Foil Me Artist is sent a tracking number via email, except our local Artists in SA because our warehouse has an exclusive courier service where we can contact them directly if we need to follow up.
Refunds and exchanges are available depending on the conditions of your return.
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it; however, please note that shipping charges will apply.
At Foil Me, we are committed to providing premium quality products and exceptional service. Due to ongoing economic pressures, including inflation and significant increases in manufacturing, logistics, fuel, and warehousing costs—factors beyond our control—we are implementing necessary adjustments to our pricing structure.
Effective immediately (April 7 2025), our prices will increase by 2%, with additional adjustments of 2% occurring quarterly for the foreseeable future with the next increase to occur July 1 2025 and each quarter thereafter. These periodic price increases will continue until economic conditions, specifically inflation and CPI increases, stabilise.
These adjustments ensure we can continue to deliver the superior products, exceptional services, strong community engagement, valuable intellectual property, and dedicated support you have come to expect from Foil Me.

Yes. Foil Me foils are 100% recyclable and crafted from a percentage of recycled aluminium. After a colour service, collect used foils separately and run them through an aluminium recycling stream rather than general waste. Even foils with colour residue on them are typically accepted, though your local council or commercial recycling provider sets the final rules in your area.
Yes. Foil Me offers 10% off when you order a carton of 12 packs in any single foil style. Cartons must be non-mixed (all 12 boxes the same size and pattern) to qualify. This is how most salons stock their colour room. For larger or recurring orders across a salon group, contact the team at hello@foilme.com.au to discuss tailored pricing.

Why have Foil Me’s prices in the USA changed, and will they go back down?
Recently, U.S. tariffs on our products rose from about 25% to roughly 80% following new trade measures introduced in April. We’ve done our very best to absorb most of this increase so you can continue to enjoy Foil Me foils at the quality you know and love. To keep bringing you our premium tools, we’ve had to adjust prices slightly, but we’re keeping them as fair as possible. If tariffs are reduced in the future, we’ll gladly review our pricing and lower it wherever we can.
The foil is just gorgeous. I have really struggled with Emilio starting kindy and have been DESPERATE to make sure where ever or what ever he is doing during the day when I'm not there that he knows mum loves me. Little things like the foil are so special. He knows his sandwich has special drawings on it and he thinks it's so special. I draw a heart on his hand every morning and now there is also a little bit of extra special love in his lunch box. It has made me feel like I am giving him just that bit more because he deserves it. He will feel special with his wraps. And, I don't have to worry about losing bloody Tupperware going missing!!!

One foil can easily last through a week of reuse. Each foil can be shaped to contain snacks and fit in awkward lunch box partitions.
