“It all starts with a feeling,” Emily shares. “I think about how it will make the stylist feel when they open that box, what emotion the colour, pattern, or texture will evoke.”

From there, the creative process unfolds organically. Each design begins as a hand-drawn sketch, shaped, refined, and detailed with exceptional care. Every curve and motif is placed with purpose, merging beauty and meaning before it’s transformed into print.

Once Emily’s hand-drawn concepts are complete, they are digitised and adjusted for precision printing. Every shade, line, and texture is considered, ensuring each pattern enhances the stylist’s experience rather than distracting from it. Each foil begins as a sheet of premium-grade aluminium alloy, selected for its strength, flexibility, and consistency.

Too soft, and it tears. Too stiff, and it resists the stylist’s rhythm. Foil Me’s alloy is refined to achieve a delicate equilibrium, lightweight in hand yet durable enough to fold smoothly and hold its shape beautifully.

Every roll is measured, tempered, and tested to ensure it performs flawlessly, because every stylist deserves a foil that moves as gracefully as they do.

After embossing, the foil is carefully cut to its perfect proportions - Original, Wide, Long, or Extra-Wide - tailored for every technique and artist’s preference.

Every pack is layered to lift smoothly, allowing for one seamless pull at a time. Even the “Push Me” tab is designed with intention, keeping the stylist’s focus uninterrupted and their process flowing.
