Hey Artist, thanks for your interest in our hair tools!

We’ve been perfecting them for you over the past 10 years and wanted to address any concerns you might have about shipping costs. Here’s a quick rundown:

Shipping is based on weight and size.

Foils are big and heavy, leading to higher shipping charges than say an item of clothing.

We cap shipping costs to minimise your expenses, which means we subsidise the difference where we can.

Shipping is calculated based on your order weight (for example, cartons) and your delivery location.

We don’t hide shipping costs by raising item prices.

We’re more than just hair tools and hair foils, we’re also a community who loves to support artists. Be part of our newsletter to stay up to date, and if you’ve ordered 3 cartons or more, we’d love to welcome you into our Facebook community to connect, learn and grow with fellow Foil Me Artists.

Transparency and integrity are important to us, just as they are to you. We hope this helps clarify how our shipping works.

All Foil Me orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide and sent nationally and internationally. Orders received before midday (local Adelaide time) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after midday (ACST) are dispatched the next day.

We use Border Express and Australia Post. Please allow 1–4 business days for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, and 4–5 business days for other capital cities. Regional areas may take 5–6 business days.

Express Post is available for small orders at checkout.

Foils:

    $13.14 for up to a carton
    $9.92 per subsequent carton

  • VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS
    $17.55 for up to a carton
    $9.94 per subsequent carton

  • NT, WA, QLD
    $23.07 for a carton
    $17.54 up to two packets of foils
    $9.94 per subsequent carton

  • New Zealand
    $23.07 for up to a carton
    $37.32 for 2 cartons
    $14.25 per additional carton

Brushes:

  • Australia
    From $8.72 (based on weight)

  • New Zealand
    Calculated at checkout

  • When ordered with any Foil Me’s foils, brushes are included with no extra shipping fee.
