Hosted by Emily Ciardiello, Foil Me CEO and Creative Director, Metamorphosis was created in response to what our community has been asking for - education with purpose.

Emily will lead and host the day, guiding attendees through the deeper message behind Metamorphosis: the power of staying anchored in who you truly are.
Through her own journey, Emily learnt how easy it is to lose direction when outside opinions begin to shape our choices. Her teaching will explore authenticity, leadership and the courage to own your individuality - showing how personal alignment creates professional impact.
Sheree Knobel

Sophie Margetts

Sophie's focus is on elevating consultation beyond the appointment itself. She will share how intentional consultation builds long-term hair plans, improves client retention and creates clarity around maintenance, rebooking and achievable outcomes.
Alongside this, Sophie will demonstrate her approach to creating poppy, effortless bright blondes - with a strong focus on placement, longevity and maintaining healthy, seamless results.
James Henderson

James brings a powerful message around confidence and growth. For years, he believed confidence was something you either had or didn't have. What he discovered is that confidence is built through brave action, repetition and choosing to show up even when it feels uncomfortable.
