SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Dispatch — All Foil Me orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia, and shipped nationally within Australia and internationally to New Zealand. Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) Adelaide time (ACST) are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 12:00pm ACST are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times — We ship using Border Express and Australia Post. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–4 business days for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney; 4–5 business days for other capital cities; 5–6 business days for regional areas. Express Post is available at checkout for smaller orders. These are estimates only, not guarantees, and delays can occur during peak periods or for reasons outside our control.

Shipping Costs — Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your order (e.g. number of cartons) and your delivery location, and is shown at checkout before you pay. We don't build shipping into our product prices — foils are large and heavy, so they cost more to ship than lighter items — and we cap and subsidise these costs where we can to keep them as low as possible for you.

Indicative Rates (AUD, foils) — SA: $13.40 for up to one carton, $9.92 per subsequent carton. VIC/NSW/ACT/TAS: $17.89 for up to one carton, $9.92 per subsequent carton. NT/WA/QLD: $23.53 for one carton, $17.89 for up to two packets of foils, $9.92 per subsequent carton. New Zealand: $25.40 for up to one carton ($19.28 for two packets of foils), $14.52 per additional carton.

Brushes — Within Australia, brush shipping starts from $8.89, calculated by weight. For New Zealand, it's calculated at checkout. When ordered together with any Foil Me foils, brushes ship free.

International Shipping — We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only, at the rates above. For other international enquiries, contact hello@foilme.com.au.

Order Tracking & Delays — Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact hello@foilme.com.au.
