We are so proud to announce Metamorphosis, Foil Me’s inaugural live education event, taking place in Adelaide on Monday 16 March 2026. This one day experience has been created for hairdressers, colourists and salon owners who are ready to evolve not only their craft, but also their mindset, leadership, wellbeing and the way they show up in their businesses and lives.

Metamorphosis is not just another education event. It is an evolution. Guided by Foil Me Co Founder and Creative Director, Emily Ciardiello, the day blends authentic conversation with real, salon ready strategies designed to inspire growth, reignite passion and strengthen confidence. Together, we will explore what it truly means to flourish personally, professionally and creatively, and how your inner growth naturally supports your business success.

Every element of the day has been intentionally curated so that whether you are attending as a solo stylist seeking inspiration, a salon owner wanting to reconnect with purpose, or a team eager to grow together, you will leave equipped with practical tools you can implement immediately. Expect ideas, conversation and education that help elevate your craft, expand your mindset and support lasting growth within your business and your life.

Throughout the day, we will explore authenticity, self leadership, team leadership and the real challenges faced inside the salon. From communication and boundaries to energy management, client care, confidence and clarity, Metamorphosis has been designed to support the whole human, not just the hairdresser.

Alongside personal and professional development, guests will also experience advanced foiling and colouring inspiration, plus deeper learning around communication, emotional intelligence, stress management and navigating client and salon dynamics in a healthier way. This is an opportunity to evolve how you colour, how you lead and how you approach life and business.

Meet the Guest Educators

Joining Emily and the Foil Me team on the day are two inspiring industry leaders:

• Sophie Margetts (@sophiesocoh) from Socoh Salon. Sophie will share her signature foiling and colour approach, along with insights into transforming everyday client conversations into meaningful connection, trust and loyalty.
• James Henderson (@clarity_by_jameshenderson) from Clarity by James Henderson. James will guide attendees through mindset and stress management principles to help create calmer, more confident salon environments, plus empowering ways to sell without selling.

Emily will also host an exclusive live Q&A with a special surprise guest, diving into values driven business, authenticity, leadership and the power of embracing change with courage and self belief.

A Day Created For the Whole Industry

Metamorphosis is a not for profit event, with 100 percent of profits being reinvested into our guest educators and future community education initiatives. Staying true to our belief that education should be welcoming and accessible, the experience is apprentice friendly so the next generation of creatives can gain guidance, reassurance and inspiration early in their careers.
