January and Forseeable 2022 Delivery Details

We hope you and yours are staying well and having a lovely start to the new year. 💗

As we all, both within Australia and globally, continue to adapt to the ever-changing restrictions and guidelines to ensure our safety against COVID-19, we would like to provide details regarding current (January 2022) delivery timeframes and suggestions to assist in ensuring you receive your fave hair tools as promptly as possible.

Ordering direct with Foil Me

If you are placing an order with us online, we please ask you keep the following in mind:

  • Within Australia, we are currently allowing approximately 15 x business days for deliveries (particularly within VIC and NSW as couriers continue to work through orders when businesses were closed in 2021). 
  • Many of the couriers we rely upon to deliver your orders safely are being heavily impacted by the recent close-contact isolation regulations.
  • Your order may arrive sooner than our approximate ETA (amazing news!) however, please note this is an exception, and we are unable to make guarantees.
  • Please advise in the 'notes' section any salon opening/closed hours. This assists couriers in delivering when you will be at the location, rather than missing you and needing to deliver again later.
  • Our warehouse team have been advised by couriers that the 'redelivery' option is becoming significantly delayed as couriers (and many businesses currently) are short-staffed and working on the best way to continue operating under difficult circumstances yet high demand.
  • Should you be awaiting an order from Foil Me and you are in a position where you may need to close (even for a day), please let us know and we will try contact the courier and advise to not deliver during this time.
