Come with us as we Take a Trip Down Memory Lane: 2023 in Review

This year has been a lot; from product launches, collaborations, education and industry events, you've been with us through it all! And honestly? We couldn't be more proud to have our incredible Movers to support us on our journey. Reflecting on the whirlwind that was 2023, we're wrapping up the year with our own version of 'Foil Me Wrapped' (thanks, Spotify). So, without further ado, let's get unwrapping...

Over the past year, our creative team have worked their magic to bring our artistic visions to life with 7 dazzling new collections and 2 innovative hair tools…

We embarked on a delicious foil wrap adventure with our new food foil wraps, 'home. By Foil Me'!

We were fortunate to continue our support of certain charities, while supporting others for the first time:

We donated over $4000 to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation
Continued our support for the adorable fuzzy guys with the Wheen Bee Foundation
Contributed 20c from each box of home. By Foil Me purchased to Animals Australia

We were honoured to have been nominated for various industry awards:

Our CEO and Creative Director, Emily, was recognised among Australia’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders 2023 at the Inside Small Business Awards
We became finalists for New Packaging at The Australian Hair Fashion Awards for two of our collections alongside JOICO and Australian Hairdressing Council
We were Finalists for a major category: Online Business of the Year at the She-com Awards.

We spent 100s of hours engaging with you, so thank you so much for all of your tags, DM’s, mentions, comments and likes. It makes our day to admire all of your beautiful creations and see our foils in action!

Awards, launches and other milestones aside, our greatest achievement of all is having fostered such a beautiful, loyal and supportive customer base. To our Movers, thank you for all of the incredible love and support you've given us over the years - we truly couldn't do it without you. So, here's to you, dear Mover - we wish you and yours a memorable end to 2023 and a fruitful 2024!

We don't want to overload you with all the Christmas sentiments that you are probably well accustomed to now from other brands and companies! Instead, we want to let you know this:

Your support, love and appreciation for what we do does not go unnoticed. We smile every day because of you. We get a tingle down our bodies when we see your incredible works of art. We LOVE what we do because you so clearly love what you and we do. We want you to feel like you are an artist because that is how we see you. We have, for almost 10 years now, admired and oohed and ahhhed over your posts and stories. We are so grateful that you take the time to share with us your excitement with Foil Me deliveries, your application and processing content, and of course, your masterpieces.

So, beautiful and talented and savvy and incredible artists, we hope you have time to rest, relax and revive over this festive season because we know you deserve it and so much more!

We will be back as a full team on the 8th of January, however, we will be monitoring our dms and emails and we would LOVE to see your holiday pics if you'd like to share them with us via our social media and we will reshare over the week when we get back!
